To Show My Love

Those of you who know me well will know how big of a deal my aversion to onions (and other veggies such as mushrooms and peppers) is. It's BIG. I love the flavor but hate the veggies. It's that simple.

So when Steven asked me for enchiladas for Fathers Day, I did my recipe search and found a decent yum sounding one. I made a grocery list and sent him on his way to the store. To his delight, he found these on the shopping list.


Yes, I actually chopped, cooked and consumed these. But don't worry, I obliterated them first. Blenders are wonderful machines.
